Miju, S.A., a company founded in 1960, specializes in the manufacture of rubber, plastic and thermoplastic parts and technical assemblies. With an integrated process which includes the manufacture of mixtures, moulds and finished parts as well as various assemblies, it can ensure its customers get fully controlled and guaranteed products. The production processes encompass manufacture of parts by compression, injection, extrusion, including vulcanized rubber-metal and rubber-plastic parts. Its commitment to improvement keeps it closely connected to its customers, collaborating in the design and development of new products. Miju, S.A. is ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949: 2016 and ISO 14001 certified.
Miju currently has two production facilities, located in Zaragoza (Spain) and Pune (India), from which it covers major automotive markets throughout the world, thus providing all customers with great flexibility in terms of supply and costs.
PRODUCTS
Its products are based on the needs that customers may have for rubber, plastic and thermoplastic materials, including a wide range, from radiator gaskets, silent blocks, anti- vibration mounts, membranes, connectors, covers, door stops, filter sleeves, liquid tubes, foamed rubber parts, retainers, special gaskets, and many other parts to meet customers’ design and specifications.
TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES
The production processes include injection, compression and extrusion machines for rubber and plastic, as well as different control systems such as machine vision systems and systems tailored to the needs of each specific product, and automations intended for automatic handling of parts.
