Valeo Térmico, S.A. is the global benchmark technical center, within the Valeo Group, for oil coolers and EGR coolers for exhaust gas recirculation. Our R&D center in Zaragoza is responsible for the development and validation of new technologies in these fields.
PRODUCTS
Valeo Térmico, S.A. manufactures the following products: Stainless steel exhaust gas recycling coolers (EGRC). Stainless steel and brazed aluminum oil coolers for both engine oil and automatic transmissions. Vehicle HVAC modules. Fan systems. Mechanical and brazed aluminum engine cooling radiators. Brazed aluminum vehicle air conditioning condensers.
TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES
Valeo Térmico, S.A. has the most advanced production technologies. Vacuum furnace technology is used in the case of oil coolers as well as stainless steel exhaust gas recycling coolers (EGRC) As for brazed aluminum oil coolers, controlled atmosphere brazing technology is used. We are equipped with several medium and high tonnage injection machines to produce the HVAC modules. Valeo Térmico, S.A., as a global benchmark center for the Valeo Group for oil and EGR coolers, has a devoted engineering team, as well as physical and chemical laboratories which can be used for the validation of the various technologies it develops.
