Ilunion Servicios Industriales has a specialized business line to meet the requirements of the different operators in the automobile sector.
It has a team of professionals with extensive experience in the sector, designing outsourcing solutions to meet customers’ needs.
It works for the main vehicle manufacturers, and TIER 1 and 2 in the national territory (Spain).
This business line of ILUNION provides employment for 2900 people throughout the national territory, 90% of whom have some type of disability.
It operates in line with the Lean Management methodology. It is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001, and follows ethical and professional management of CEEs (Special Employment Centres).
PRODUCTS
What does it offer?
Logistic services:
Comprehensive management of warehouses, picking services, kitting, preparation and Kanban replenishment, preparation of products and/or components for shipment, just-in-time line supply, sequencing, etc.
Handling and assemblies:
Manpower intensive assemblies, engines and gearboxes, rear-view mirrors, nut and bolt resistance welding (mig), assembly of light fittings for vehicles, rear-view mirrors, emblems, seats, roofs, windows, etc.
Quality controls, selections and reworking:
GP-12 part control, control and recovery of faulty parts, ad-hoc inspections of faulty batches, etc.
Plastic injection:
Plastic injection for automobile sector companies. It has machinery ranging from 40 tons to 80 tons.
Wiring:
The company introduces itself to the market as a quick and economically competitive national solution, able to meet the sector’s needs. It carries out crimping, fitting of sealing gaskets, spot welding and tinning of different types of wiring.
